Dr. Eric Finzi & Associates Cancellation Policy for Cosmetic Appointments:
All cosmetic appointments require a 48-hour cancellation notice in order for you to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit and 50% will be remitted to you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy for General Dermatology Appointments:
We require a 24 hour notice if you cancel or reschedule a general dermatology appointment. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
